After a long process of development and tests, Paradigma S.A offers a tool that allows building an integrated system of information management in real time for each client.

 

FRACTAL SYSTEM – Remote Dynamic Management System is the name of the tool that allows building a system with no intervention of computer programmers and analysts. It is a totally national tool which was conceived based on epistemology principles and knowledge management. [1.2] DEVELOPING A SYSTEM WITH NO INVOLVEMENT OF A COMPUTER PROGRAMMER:

 

Initially, FRACTAL SYSTEM actuates as a Meta system from which is built the whole solution to the user with no intervention of computer programmers and analysts. This way, the task to develop the requested requirements is focused in the user's knowledge and needs. The "user" or the person who will use the solution in its cycle of life sets the requirements.

 

[1.3] ONLINE ACCESS TO THE MODELING, CONSULTATION AND UPDATING:

 

FRACTAL SYSTEM can be hosted on a Paradigma or the client’s server, and it has two types of interface: the online SYSTEM MODELING interface and the online ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM interface.

After modeling the solution, the system can be fed or used for reference using any device connected to the Internet. [2] CYCLE OF THE SOLUTION

 

The FRACTAL SYSTEM architecture has a logic that foresees the typical needs of any management. The modeling is performed by constructing a solution to each company, type of business and specific client from such logic, implementing the requirements provided by the user. The solution is developed, implemented and kept through a design with the following CYCLE:

 

PHASE 1 – MODELING THE SOLUTION:

 

Managers of the company define the model to be adopted in the solution, thus resulting in a specific system. In this phase, the requirements defined by the manager/user are implemented: the model of the company, type of inquiring to be adopted to the diagnosis of the company, applicable rules and legislations, parameters, queries that compose the inquiring and other items of interest. The initial work of modeling is performed by the Paradigma team based on the view supplied by the managers/users in the company.

 

Term of the Phase1:

 

As the modeling is developed in real time, this step evolves normally taking 2 to 3 months.

 

PHASE 2 – USING THE SOLUTION:

 

After the specific development of the system, effective implementation takes place. The Paradigma professionals or the own client can update the system with data and photo using any kind of device with Internet connection. From the moment the data and photos are fed into the system, the manager/user can immediately use the system online performing consultations, issuing reports and mounting simulations with indicators and index automatically generated by the system.


The same system resulting from the initial modeling can be subject to successive updating in different moments defined by the manager, and in turn, they may generate consultations and specific reports. We call “raising” the complete diagnostic cycle of a network performed at a given period. Supposing the manager wants to perform a monthly updating in the system: therefore, it will perform 12 raisings along one year each with its results preserved related to the previous ones.

[4] KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY ACCORDING TO AN INTERDISCIPLINARY POINT OF VIEW


The system can be modeled involving knowledge areas where the manager/user considers being more adequate to solve organizational issues. The manager/user can select qualitative aspects which will drive the diagnosis and the organizational management decisions.
